The services provided by a personal trainer include:
- Development of an individual training plan and level of exercise, taking into account the capabilities of the body and your wishes;
- correction of your figure (weight loss, increase muscle size, muscle strengthening or increase muscle volume), the development of strength, endurance, flexibility, maintaining the body in good shape;
- Recommendations on nutrition and recovery during training periods (nutrition is 50% of success).
